Fatim  earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Fatim has training in CBT and infuses her therapeutic approach with a European touch, emphasizing the significance of open-mindedness, warmth, and accountability in the therapeutic relationship. She prioritizes the incorporation of empathy, positive regard, and congruence in each session. Fatim grew up in Geneva, Switzerland, with French as her native language.  She is proficient in both English and French and is open to offering therapy services in both languages. Fatim is trained in EMDR & Lifespan Integration.

Fatim moved to the US to pursue collegiate track and field competition. Throughout her collegiate career she
won multiple NCAA individual titles and also distinguished herself by earning a place on multiple 
Switzerland team rosters. She also served as an NCAA assistant coach. Her most valuable lesson was recognizing the importance of a healthy mind as the foundation to achieving success. During her leisure time, Fatim finds enjoyment in fitness, sports, nature, and self-care.
