Listening therapy • Personalized guidance

A thoughtful introduction to RRP.
Rest and Restore Protocol is an advanced listening therapy system. Informed by decades of research. Scientifically engineered using acoustic signals to regulate and heal the functions of the autonomic nervous system.
The underlying technology is Sonocea, which supports deep relaxation in the polyvagal system by working with heart rate, respiration, blood pressure and digestion. Our bodies are constantly working to maintain balance adapting to both internal and external changes. The process is governed by homeostatic rhythms-natural cycles and sensory motor feedback loops.
In the RRP pilot study, 93% of participants experienced a decrease in clinical symptoms of anxiety, 88% decrease in trauma symptoms (72% of participants moving from a clinical level to a non-clinical level), 82% of participants experienced a decrease in mood and depression related symptoms, and 76% experienced improvement in insomnia symptoms. The majority of participants reported improvement in all areas
