Rachel views healing as a journey that should not be taken alone. Utilizing an integrative and holistic approach, Rachel comes alongside her clients to hold a space that is warm, affirming, and authentic; to support clients as they face the concerns and challenges that arise in life. She views people as dynamic, taking into account their physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and cultural needs. We will navigate through all these aspects of life together. Rachel has experience working with a diverse population with issues around PTSD, depression, anxiety, attachment wounds, and grief. As a transracial adoptee herself, Rachel is passionate about supporting individuals and families through the layered process that adoption can bring. Rachel holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in marriage, couple, and family counseling. She is trained in Life Span Integration and EMDR
